We allow you to purchase our servers for fair use only.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if we find legitimate issues with the service provided. All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
RETURN POLICY
Our services are not applicable for refunds under normal circumstances. The money debited from your account will not be credited back unless approved under our refund policy.
LIABILITY
We are not responsible for any data loss. While we take regular offsite backups of our game servers and VPS range, we encourage you to maintain your own backups. We assume no responsibility if you lose your data.
CONTACTING THE COMMUNITY
When interacting with users or staff in our community, please remember that everyone else is a person, just like you. If you engage in spamming, rude behavior, or become a nuisance, we reserve the right to mute or remove your account from our communication channels.
Any threats of harm or intolerance will not be tolerated, and no warnings will be issued in such cases.
FAIR USE POLICY
If our team finds that you are abusing our services, we will contact you. We reserve the right to terminate your servers without any refund if our staff determines you are in breach of our rules, including but not limited to:
All virtual servers include dedicated CPU cores and memory. We strictly prohibit the abuse of our services. If your service is used for illegal activities (e.g., DDoS attacks or operating a torrenting hub), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service without a refund.
LACK OF PAYMENT
By default, your server will be suspended if payment is overdue by 1 day. After 3 days of non-payment, a late fee will be applied. If payment is not received within 5 days, all files and data will be permanently lost.
